January Program: Show and Tell! Got any new gear (or old gear) that you would like to share with the club? We certainly want to see it! Books, 3D printed goodies, accessories – anything you want. Don’t be shy about sharing! These sessions are really interesting and valuable. Plus, we can find out who is (most) responsible for all the clouds 🙂

The Clarence Jones Observatory is off of Brainerd Road behind Brainerd Methodist Church. Map apps will put it on Tuxedo Ave, but that is not really the best way in. The best way is to turn into the Brainerd Methodist Church parking lot and go up the hill to the upper lot and park there. Then walk up the short roadway by the cemetery (don’t worry, they’re friendly folks) to the back entrance of the observatory on the left.
